What Causes Dizziness, Pressure In Head, Popping In Ears And Swollen Eyes?
I ve felt constantly dizzy for about 6 to 7 days . Intense pressure in my head . Popping in ears . Thick white mucus . Very sleepy and weak . Can t walk without feeling as though I am on an elevator . All I want to do is sleep . My eyes are sore and a bit swollen . I m wondering if maybe I might have a sinus infection . As I do have allergies . And what are some steps I can do to get better . I can breathe through my nose but it feels stuffy and it isn t ?
Since you are having stuffy nose and difficulty in breathing take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day. Decongestants and antihistamines will help. However, get X-ray PNS done. If there is any nasal septal deviation you will be treated accordingly. You have popping in the ears, get clinically examined by an ENT. You may have fluid accumulation, AOM/SOM, you may need to take a course of oral antibiotics (Amoxycillin). Take rest. you can take Acetaminophen for relief, get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
