Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
First, your faintness- the symptom could well be due to things other than diabetes. A heart condition is a possibility. Low hemoglobin could be another possibility. Seizures, can again be due to these causes - called symptomatic seizures. Or they could be due to another brain related problem. I would suggest a complete blood and cardiac evaluation including Holter monitoring. Please let us know the reports for further suggestion. am assuming you have been started on medication for seizures by your doctor. If not, please do let us know immediately. Alternatively, you can meet your neurologist there for a suitable prescription.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
