What Causes Dizziness, Stomach Discomfort And Chest Pain When Diagnosed With Pulmonary Nodules?

I ve been having stomach problems since September. I ve had ultrasound on my stomach turn out fine. No gallstones. Had an EGD that also turned out fine. Had an HIDA scan turn out fine. I had a chwst x-ray and they found a nodule on my left lung near my 9th rib. Does this have anything to do with what I ve been felling. Noxious, dizziness, sickness on my stomach when i eat. Chest pain sometimes. I don t know. What do you think it is? And the next step?

I really appreciate your concern, x-ray finding could be nonspecific and it is unrelated with the symptoms that you have, what the symptoms you have could be due to some dyspepsia and it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
