What Causes Dizziness, Sweating And Loss Of Vision?
Hi, this morning I half-fainted on the tube to work. I was stood up and felt fine and suddenly started feeling faint and dizzy, every time I blinked I lost vision and I started sweating and had to rip my scarf and coat off and had to sit on the floor! I ve been fine all day since, I wanted to know what might have happened?

this is due to changes in your blood pressure. Go on get your blood pressure check regularly. Drink lots of water with sugar and salts which will replace the lost salts during your work
