What Causes Dizziness, Sweating And Vomiting?
My husband has been experiencing vertigo for the last week, he had had it in the past, but not for the last 5 years or more. This morning he woke up at 4am feeling dizzy and sweating. We took his temp and it was 96.5. Then he started throwing up. His temp came back up a little, but he is still dizzy. Should I take him to the emergency room?

A variety of causes can cause vomiting or feel dizzy.
In my opinion, it can be a viral infection.
I suggest you go to the emergency room of further evaluation and specific treatment.
Meanwhile, I recommend using Reglan for the vomiting.
I also recommend to give him liquids.
