What Causes Dizziness Upon Getting Up From Lying Position?
This morning I got up to wake my kids at 5:30am felt fine. I went back to bed and rolled over to my side and suddenly felt like the bed and room were spinning. I got up and had a nauseous sensation, but was able to stand up and walk to the kitchen. Sensation passed and went back to bed and the spinning sensation happened again. Was a little more difficult to walk to the bathroom straight but did not throw-up despite the feeling. Drank some water and felt better. Went back to bed and slept for a little longer but no further spinning sensation. Just feel tired. Could this just be a random case of Vertigo?

Dizziness upon getting up from lying position commonly occurs due to Vertigo. You are suggested to visit an ENT.
Get cliniclly examined. Get all tests (Eye movement, Head movement, Rotary chair & Posturography testing) done.
You will have to go through audiometry & Imaging test as well. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, salt and tobacco. Excessive use of these substances can worsen your signs and symptoms.
Avoid driving a car or operating heavy machines. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. In the meantime you can take Vertin-32 to feel better.
