Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness, Weakness And Burning Sensation On The Feet?
I am 47 years old. I am suffering from head reeling for 5-6 years. The feeling of head reeling increases while doing morning walk. During head reeling I also feel dizziness, weakness, burning of feet and burning below the nose areas. There is also walking imbalance. My blood pressure is also flactuating, some times going little high and some times it is going low. If I go into a very silent room I feel a blowing sound within my head or ears. At some time while sleeping I hear as if a grass Hooper is making noise. Please explain me the reason and treatment.
Dizziness or vertigo (feeling of head reeling), noise in ears (blowing sound, grasshopper chirping) also known as tinnitus goes in favour of Meniere's disease. You need audiometry. Small fiber neuropathy (due to unrelated cause) seems responsible for burning sensation in feet and in a diverse area like beneath nose.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
