What Causes Dizziness, Weakness And Severe Back Pain After Taking Anastrozole?
My friend is on Anastrozole 1 mg. per day. She has been on this med. for 3 months. She has reported to her Dr. side effects of dizziness, weakness, bone and sever back pain and headache that occur almost every day and last most of the day. she is not able to work due to the frequent occurrences of these side effect. Her Dr. wont change dosage or take her off of it. Is there another alternative and what would happen if she went off the med. cold turkey

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
