What Causes Dizziness, Weakness, And Vomiting?

My husband has been dizzy, pale, weak and has been vomiting periodically for 24 hours. He can t seem to stay out of the bathroom for long. He recently had a severe sinus infection with a touch of the flu and bronchitis. He is still finishing his antibiotic for that. He also has sickle-cell anemia. He is Caucasian, just in case that s a factor. -concerned wife
