My blood d pressure is 146/88 with a pulse of 76. This is high for me I usually have the classic 120-125 /70. I became dizzy all of sudden. I am female, petite, w 103 and h 5 ft. I have several illnesses including diabetes for which I take insulin. I am writing because I became dizzy suddenly while talking on the phone. I have had trouble with low blood sugar all day. It is presently 303, but time for me to take my predinner insulin. I am 65 and live alone. What can I without going to sit in the emergency room all night.
