What Causes Dizziness While Bending Down?

When I bent over a few days ago I felt really dizzy when I stood up. I done the same again this morning but I also noticed in the mirror that the pupils of my eyes where huge at the time. I could barely stand up and bumped off the wall a little when sitting down.

Hi,

There are two broad classes of dizziness: room spinning versus feeling about to faint. The eyes huge can be from medication or stress response and wouldn't mean much especially if both eyes were the same.
In the room spinning that is an ear problem most commonly and most commonly it stays constant and lasts. The fainting is a problem with blood getting to the brain it can be caused by a number of serious and non-serious causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
