What Causes Dizziness While Having An Enlarged Heart?
I have been told that I have an enlarged heart by a doctor at a drop in health clinic. I have also experienced dizziness on several occasions. Three times the dizziness has caused me to sit down as I felt as if I would fall down. I also get very dizzy when I laugh hard. This just happened again and now I feel very sick to my stomach.

You says your heart is large means you have some disease related heart mostly that you didn't mentioned properly...in general if your heart is large than your heart has to work more to push oxygenated blood...n your heart is also weak so your heart cannot keep pace to provide blood to your vital organ like brain during exercise some work or even laugh when heart has to work more n mostly that causes dizziness...
