General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Control your sugars. It has long term adverse effects like neuropathy and nephropathy. Visit a neuro physician. He may ask for MRI screening. Go for dietary and lifestyle modifications. Reduce weight and get bp checked periodically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
