What Causes Dizziness While On Depo Shot?

hello since the month on january i been on depo shot so on february i was at work and ll of a sudden i felt really nervous and desperation and a few hours i got really lightheaded and felt as if i will fall any minute. i was thinking if its anxiety or stress. riht now im having same symptons just dizzines and really lightheaded what do yo think?

Hi,

If you are smoking along with it, then more chances of getting these kinds of attacks, please once check your blood pressure and heart rate. If possible, ECG too. Sometimes guilt and regret leads to panic attacks also. So needs physical examination• these con be adverse effects 1% persons have anxiety, dizziness after infection also.do some breathing exercise, yoga, listen good music& meditation these can help help if ECG findings Que normal.
