What Causes Dizziness While On Losartan And Amlodipine?

I take losartan for Bp it was not doing the job lowering my Bp, so the doctor added amlodipine to be taken at night so I will not be so high when I wake. Problem I have heart condition and the amlodipine seem be bothering my heart, I feel lightheaded all day

The symptoms you are experiencing is due to low blood pressure (hypotension). Since you are on 2 anti hypertensive the chances of developing symptoms of hypotension like dizziness and palpitations are more.

Measuring blood pressure in lying down and standing position can help confirm the diagnosis.
Reducing the dosage of either one of the anti hypertensive can be tried to avoid episodes of hypotension.
