Yes. I have been taking prednisone for just over a week for inflammation problems which has helped me greatly. However I am having some pressure in my head which seems to cause me some dizziness and shakiness and I have to keep popping my ears. I did not have this problem before the medication. Is this common?

Please see that a large dosage of steroid can cause raised intracranial pressure. As you have not mentioned how much dosage you are taking, so it is difficult to comment.
You can discuss the dosage with your doctor, also get your Blood pressure checked as steroid are known to raise blood pressure.
