What Causes Dizziness While On Xarelto And Metoprolol?

Taking Xarelto 20mg once daily, Digoxin 125 mg once daily , Metoprolol 50 twice daily due to a cardiac condition. I am feeling very light headed. I would like to know which of these meds are causing it. I am assuming it is the metoprolol, would it help if I took it only once daily?

.Dizziness seems to be due to Metoprolol.Metoprolol is a cardioselective beta adrenergic blocker used in the treatment of high BP, angina pectoris, arrhythmia and other conditions.

Its most common side effects include hypotension (fall in BP), bradycardia (slow heart beat), cold and clammy skin, and fatigue.Hypotension and bradycardia could be responsible for the dizziness so, you are advised to consult your treating doctor to reduce the dose frequency of Metoprolol to once daily while monitoring your BP frequently.Xarelto and Digoxin are unlikely to cause dizziness.
