What Causes Dizziness While Sitting?
Hi, I am 18 years old and I was wondering if this is normal last night after diner I went to go sit down and watch a movie while I was in the process of sitting down I had to turn and I got really dizzy and sat down quick because of it and it felt like the room was still spinning and I almost threw up my dinner last night was the only time it happened I checked my blood sugar right away it wasn t high or low. I don t want to feel that way again when I sit down do you know what it could be ?
