What Causes Dizziness While Smoking In A Heart Patient?

I have epilepsy and respitory failure and heart problems my problems is mild heart reguregugitation and angina..I also have cognitive disability from brian surgery I had in 2009 I had my right temporal lobe removed because of seizures and a brain tumbor.I started smoking last dec I know that wasn t a smart thing to do.I get dizzy with my first two cig.why is this happiiining?
