Hi, when I stand up after sitting down for a while or just a few minutes, I tend to get a little dizzy where it feels like my eyes become unfocused and a tingly sensation is felt in my head. Sometimes I feel a little car sick when I ride in the car while looking at faraway scenery and reading signs as well. A slight headache forms also, just a little throb in the front of my head usually when my eyes feels unfocused and a little tingly. I was wondering if I should get my eyes checked out for glasses? Because although I can make out words from a distance, I get that tingly feeling in my eyes and head as if I can't focus 100%.
