What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From COPD?

Good evening! For the last 2 days I have been feeling light headed. I am diabetic, have thyroid issues and recently diagnosed with COPD and Heart Failure. I never smoked, but second hand smoke from Husband and daughters. Thank you! YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Dizziness in your case can be due to hypoglycemia (decreased sugar levels), cardiac problems including worsening cardiac function and worsening of COPD.
Please be advised to follow up with the urgent care to undergo EKG, vest Xray, Pulmonary function test, blood sugar levels.

Hope this answers your questions
