Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [ENT] and to confirm do [CBC with differential and ENG test].
2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about prescription medication like [Desloratadine, Meclizine, and Prednisone].
3) Discuss with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan.

Do follow few preventive steps like this:

1) Try to avoid quick changes in position or sudden movements. Sit still during a vertigo attack.
2) Get up slowly from a lying down or seated position.
3) Try to avoid television, computer screens, and bright or flashing lights during a vertigo attack.
4) If vertigo occurs while you are in bed, try sitting up in a chair and keeping your head still. Low lighting is better for your symptoms than darkness or bright lights.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
