What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Ankylosing Spondylitis?

My husband is 39 years old and is disabled from Ankylosing Spondilitis. He has seen dozens of doctors over the years. In more recent months he has experienced new symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness, clumsy and dropping stuff, tingling and numbness in arms and legs, and has quit doing even the most basic things he used to find enjoyment in because of this. We thought maybe it was diabetes but his doctor just tested his hemoglobin and it was normal. He has always been a complex case because of the amount of symptoms he presents.

EFFECT ON HEART MIGHT LEAD TO LIGHT HEADEDNESS.
ALSO THESE PATIENTS CAN HAVE ANEMIA WHICH ACAN ALSO LEAD TO DIZZINESS.
ALSO TREATMNENT FOR ANKYLOSING SPONDYLTIS INCLUDES DMARDS, AND OTHER AGENTS LIKE INFIXIMAB WHICH MAY ALSO HAVE SIDE EFFECTS AND LEAD TO SYMPTOMS.
PLEASE CONSULT YOUR RHEUMATOLOGIST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SO THAT HE CAN EVALUATE YOUR HUSBAND APPROPRIATELY.
