What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Diabetes?

I am male 55 245 pounds I am type 2 diabetic, blood clot disorder, parkinsons. I have been extremely dizzy, for about a year. I have trouble with balance and walking. I drop things from my hands more frequently. What is with this dizziness and dropping things?

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

As per your clinical history is concerned please check your sugar level and adjust your dose. Do check if you have anemic or not if present integrate iron injection twice weekly. As you are a diabetic patient you should take b-complex orally or by injection 500 mcg daily IM per week up to one month then monthly. It is due to B-complex deficit that you feel weakness in your arms. So do a clinical examination by your local doctor and take medications for your blood clot disorders and Parkinson disease.
