What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Endometriosis?
I recently had laparoscopic surgery (Monday) to remove 2 overian cysts and during the operation they found endometriosis behind my uterus (grade 1) I have been having infruecent dizzy spells where I am left pale, sweating and hot. Should I call my surgeon or is this just due to low blood sugar

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Yes these may be due to low sugar level so next time you experience such symptoms go for sugar level checkup. If level is low take some table sugar dissolved in milk or water you will feel good within minutes. But if your uterus ovaries was removed then these are symptoms of menopause. So see your doctor as she will give you hormone replacement. Also get blood pressure checked.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
