What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From High Blood Pressure?
My name is Gaurav. I am 34 years male. I am feeling diziness from past 2 weeks with imbalance while walking. I have evaluated my ears and eyes from doctors but as per them I am felling dizziness because of my BP which was 150/90 during my visit to doctor. But most of the time my BP is normal. 125/82. I am not sure if the diziness is due to high BP only. Need your suggestion.
You have problem of dizziness that may be because of high blood pressure problem. Measure your blood pressure every day.High blood pressure cause many problems.
Consent a physician for control of high blood pressure. Antihypertention drug helpful.
For blood pressure control modify your diet and lifestyle. Take a low fatty foods and Avoid junk foods. Take law salt diet. Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking. Avoid stress. Do physical exercise more than 20 minutes. Try to loss your weight. Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
