What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Hypertension?

My brother has high blood pressure.He also has a pace maker. His doctor gave him pill that makes him puffy. Now he feels dizzy standing. Is it the pace maker or high blood that makes him dizzy standing? What can he eat to lower pressureand stop taking so many pills.

He should continue with medicine. May has to change if he continued to have puffiness. The dizziness may be due to posture change from lying to standing. So ask him to avoid quick shift of postures. Like from sleeping to sitting and wait for a while then go for standing posture.
