What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Prostate Cancer?

my husband is 83 has prostrate cancer in remission. He has a hard time retaining his fluids he is on pedelight fluids for babies everyday. fluid from hospitial once a week does not stay with him no ore then one day. He becomes dizzy again. He has lost 50 lbs skin and bones. Was blaming it on the hormone shot they gave him two of the over one year. This is what destroyed his hormones so cancer would have nothing to feed it he went into remission.Part of systems was dehydration and loss of weigh and muscle mass and size of his gentiles. He has been off the shots for 6 months. They said it would take 6 months for medicine to leave his body. He has been getting worse lost another 7 lbs once lost does not gain it back. The cancer Dr said we can no longer blame the the cancer medicine. His regular Dr took 8 test tubes of blood for testing. She know something in a couple days they said it can be hormone and it is plain to see he has no hormones and is getting worse. Any ideas

Cachexia is a common problem faced with chemotherapy or hormonal agents that are given for ca prostate. Please put him on a high protein diet with fats and carbohydrate. 2 egg whites in the morning and for dinner. Pentasure HP powder with milk will help. Retaining fluids should be apt and there is no reason to loose them. Please try to increase the water intake.
