What Causes Dizziness While Turning The Head To The Right Side?

When I turn on my right side. My head starts spinning when I close my eyes. It got worse the last two nights. Spun really fast made me motion sick. What could that be. I am just getting over a head cold. I also been suffering for months with sinuses. I do have seasonal and food allergies. Anita

Hi,

Hearing for both ear should be tested. For cold you can take Levocetrizine. You must taken some food for which you are allergic. For sinuses you should go for X-ray PNS. Its clarity to be seen if a portion is hazy then antrum should be punctured and sinus should be washed out.
