Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I carefully read your question and understand your concern.
There are several possible causes of falling episodes, vision changes and the rest of the symptoms you have. This depends much on your age and for how long you have had the symptoms. Sometimes the causes might be important and you need careful medical attention. We need to make sure that your heart is healthy, no
diabetes, normal kidney function and no brain lesions. What I would recommend is:
1. Do some blood tests like CBC,
Creatinine, fasting sugar test, ALT, K+, Na+, lipids
2. Do a heart
ultrasound and ECG. have blood pressure checked sited and when you quickly stand to see if you have what we call orthostatic hypotension
3. If these basic tests are normal than you might need a neurological examination and probably an MRI of the head.
4. If you are loosing fluids by
diarrhea or
vomiting make sure you keep your self hydrated.
5. You will need to see a doctor to do a general examination and order the tests and interpret them.
Hope this is helpful and answers to your question
Best regards,
Dr Antoneta
