What Causes Dizziness While Walking And Sitting With Leg Crossed?
Hi, I keep going dizzy mainly when I am walking or sat with my legs crossed. I run every morning and do not have any dizziness while running but as soon as I stop and change to walking I am lightheaded. Also if I am just sat still on the sofa, if I cross my legs for too long I start to go dizzy until I uncross them.
Hi, welcome to the Health care magic forum. As you describe you have got the vertigo, and the reason may be the infection of the internal ear. The internal ear probably is getting the effect only in slow movement, or still position. I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment . Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
