What Causes Dizziness With A Sore Throat?
I have constant pain. It changes placement everyday, never in the same spot on my back or neck. I also have a "lumpy" feeling in my throat, pain in my chest which varies from side to side. Today I woke up dizzy with a slight sore throat. I have a very stressful job, and lately, I more or less just panic about everything.

Stress induced foreign body sensation,sore throat,chest pain is much common.The management of the same needs reassurance from treating doctor after ruling out any pathology.
