What Causes Dizziness With Loss Of Hearing?

I am 58 years old. I have experienced a sudden dizzy spell with a loss of some hearing in my right ear.
It disappeared in less than a minute. I have had EKG's and stress tests with no adverse results. The last
I had my sugar checked it was 90 and cholestrol in the 170s. My blood pressure runs 135/80. Heart rate
around 80.
