General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different possible causes such as anemia (low levels of hemoglobin), lung or heart disease, though severe heart disease is rare at your age.

To determine the cause of your symptoms, your parents would need to consider taking you to your doctor for assessment.

This would involve physical examination and any appropriate investigations such as a complete blood count.

I hope this helps
