What Causes Dizziness With Tightening Of Chest And Face Muscles?

I get lightheaded,dizzy,chest muscles tight and face muscles around nose are tight too and I get my temples throb checked my blood pleasure and im 125/78 pulse is 98. temp 98.9 oxygen level 98. blood sugar 174 im type one diabetic.my sinus have been real funny..just cant put my finger on it. with the sharp pain in my chest its not my heart and my dizziness. help

Hello.By precaution due to diabetic condition is recommended to do an Electrocardiogram.If ECG is normal, anxiety-stress is possible diagnosis.
Anxiolytics such as Lorazepam can help you.Go to your doctor for ECG and prescription.
