What Causes Dizziness With Tightness In The Head?

Thanks. Have been feeling fleeting dizziness lasting 2 secs each time, for the last couple of weeks. Sometimes, there s a feeling of tightness in the head. Not debilitating, can still move about without problem. But this sensation is not going away. There are times it can happen a few times in an hour. Need a brain scan if I go to a GP ? Am worried that s something to do with the brain. Sorry, I didn t like the idea of payment being a monthly subscription. Prefer a one-off. I will go to a GP instead. Thanks for your time.
