What Causes Dizziness?

I did a trampoline aerobics class on Tues. On Thursday I started having dizziness whenever I look down or turn my head to the side. The same thing and timing occured the week prior when I took the class. It gradually lessened, but did not completely go away the 1st time. Also, the weather has been hot and humid. Whay could be causing this.

Welcome to HCM. Sorry to hear about the dizziness. Please note that we have "stones" in our ear canals that may get dislodged, they help us with balance and perception. This should go away on its own, there are also maneuvers that can help with the symptoms that can be performed by physical therapists to "place the stones back". I hope this helps. The condition is referred as Benign Positional Vertigo. Good luck.
