What Causes Dizziness?

I have recently lost 50 pounds in the last 4 months. Three nights ago while making I got very dizzy and fainted. My bp was low and after some rest am feeling better cf still feel a little foggy when I move too quickly. Is rest the ticket? Or do I need to consider medical care?

Dizziness could be due to hypotension (low blood pressure) or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
If you are dieting, then you should remember that you should take small and frequent meals.
Secondly, drink plenty if fluids.
Whenever you feel dizzy, just prepare a lime juice with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar and have it. It will take care of your low blood pressure and sugar both.
