I think I know the problem diagnosed as vertigo several years ago. Started Tues, eased yesterday. Do not have a cold. Just an hour ago, got up from my computer and the room was really spinning. I have to keep my head looking straight ahead. I did take my blood pressure and it's 131/71. Just nervous because it's never been this bad.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be case of Labyrinthitis this means there is less blood supply to the ear drum and this causes the dizzy feel, and best medicine to rid of this problem would be "Betahistine" three times in day if this fails to respond then further investigation may be needed, take care and have nice day.
