What Causes Dizziness,abdominal Cramps And A Feeling Of Depression?
Hi, I am 34 years of age. The last week or so I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded, a bit crampy and a very prominent uneasy feeling that feels a little bit like depression but not as severe. I am in a sexually active relationship but we use contraception so I doubt I am pregnant.

In my opinion, you are experiencing premenstrual syndrome or side effects due to oral contraceptive pills. You can take tablet PMS fine twice daily for a week. If you are doubtful, please get Urine pregnancy test done.
