Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of an inner ear disorder (peripheral vertigo) or a panic attack. Nothing serious seems to be going on! So, try to relax and don't worry about it! If the problem persists, I recommend consulting first with an ENT specialist and then with a psychologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
