What Causes Dizziness,heart Palpitations And Breathlessness?
18 year old female. Lately feeling symptoms of heart palpitations when at rest, accompanied by dizziness and short of breath when performing low-effort activities like climbing the stairs at a slow pace or walking a short distance. Tests done: ECG came out normal. 24 hours HOLTER with average pulse of 83 and episodes of tachycardia. What I have done: stop intake of caffeine. Cut down on sugar. Practice more exercise. Medical history: heart murmur when I was a kid, most probably innocent. Are my current symptoms associated with my symptoms as a kid?
