What Causes Dizziness,nausea And Silver Spots?
Hey lately Ive been seeing silver spots sometimes and it feels like the room is moving not dizzy but I can feel my body leaning and feeling heavy and im about to fall im not getting headaches or migranes. this started recently after my grandma pass 2 weeks ago
