What Causes Dizziness, rapid Heart Rate And Shortness Of Breath?

I have had a weird head sensation after heavy weekends - so if I look quickly to left or right I feel dizzy and sometimes I get dizzy/pounding head/buzzing in my head. I also wake myself up at night feeling like I can't breathe and my heart is pounding and racing. Then I'm not sure if I dreamt it or not but have a terrible headache when I wake up. What could it be?
