What Causes Dizziness,severe Headache And High Body Temperature?

Hi, I am a 30 year old working proffessional. My body temperature is always high, although it does not seem to be fever exactly as i do not feel any weakeness. I got my BP checked several times and it was found to be normal.At times i get severy headache and experience difficulty in getting up in the morning. Dizziness is also experienced at times with increased heart beat. Please advise. Thanks

many people have a high body temperature which may b normal. get your blood sugar checked also check your pituatory and adrenal gland function checked by blood test and endocrinologist.
