What Causes Dizziness,soreness In Breasts And Pain In Abdomen And Back?

I been feeling light headed/dizzy for awhile now! MY breast are sore I been rubbing them to easy up the soreness. Last night I got a sharp abdonmal pain & my back been kinda hurting I haven t came on my period yet it s suppose to come on Nov.19 what s wrong with me

might be having mastitis. go for pregnancy test and get gynae consultation. nothing is wrong let things proceed in normal way.
