What Causes Dizziness,sweating And Chest Discomfort?

Last night while making dinner I got really light headed. Then all of a sudden I was extremely nauseous, I first felt very cold then a was very hot with drips of sweat poring down my body. I have a continuos pain on the top of my left shoulder and I bit of discomfort near my left breast. I feel very on easy, agitated and shaky. Maybe its just stress?

Hello, u didn't give ur age and history of bp. But your symptoms suggest mild attack of angina (heart attack) . I would suggest u have appointment with your physician and get tested. Also do an ekg to rule out any changes due to attack. Get a workup done soon. All the best.
