What Causes Dizzy, Lower Back Pain, Light Headed, Stomach Pain?
I get dizzy maybe like 2 times a week now I also been really tired I could sleep AllDay n all night if u let me, plus I just got my period for dec on the 24 n it s gone already maybe just spotting now. I also been having slight lower back pains, n yesterday was worse I was standing in my room got dizzy n lightheaded couldn t really concentrate then I had pains in my stomach. I washed my face with cold water twice n I felt better. Idk what s wrong I go to the doc n she says I m healthy. I took 2 pregnancy test 2 weeks ago n it came back negative.. What s wrong with me?
Your symptoms could represent generalised weakness, dehydration and fatigue. These common causes should be ruled out first.Kindly check your blood pressure, blood sugar and hemoglobin levels. Any decrease in these values may cause dizziness and fatigue.
Recollect any previous episodes of excess bleeding which may have caused blood loss and subsequent hypotension. Based on the cause, Intravenous fluids, iron supplementation and multivitamin supplements may be required to reduce the symptoms.
