Hi,
There can be various reasons for headache and dizziness. We need to have a detailed history of associated symptoms and go for detailed examination. It can be because
cervical disc disease (neck related problems, may be associated with abnormal posture),
muscle strain or diseases of ear (swelling, infection,
nerve inflammation or benign positional vertigo).
Sometimes dizziness can also be due to anemia, (low haemoglobin),
low blood sugar levels, vitamin deficiencies, low blood pressure, prolonged fasting, some kind of stress or even lack of sleep. At time we even need to rule out heart or brain related disorders. I feel that first of all focus on your diet- take good balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Have a good sleep 7-8 hours at least. Maintain a proper posture especially while working and sleeping.
If still the symptoms not get relieved then do some investigations like
complete blood count, blood sugar, electrolytes (sodium, potassium) ECG and X-ray neck. Also, get your eyes and ear checked. This will help to make a proper diagnosis.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
