What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Blurred Vision And Weakness?
Hi I fainted the other day got very dizzy my eyes started rolling and I just hit the floor. When u came around I didn t know where I was and what had happened. I had blurred vision, felt very week and very sick. After a while I felt ok. I have been getting dizzy spells on and off since then and now i have really bad pains In my right arm going from my elbow to my hand

I think you should check your blood pressure, blood sugar and total blood count to get evaluated. Hypoglycemia or hypotension can cause it.
